This initiative was launched by First Lady Michelle Obama and it is dedicated to solving the challenge of childhood obesity, so children will grow up healthier and able to pursue their dreams. As child care providers you daily work toward this goal too.
The Let’s Move website also offers information on eating healthy, getting active and how to take action. It is a resource that will assist you in obtaining new ideas and information.
